    We accept cash, checks and most credit and debit cards excluding American Express.

  • What is your minimum order?

    Screen printed t-shirts minimum order is 24 pieces. Embroidery garments minimum order is 12 pieces. Promotional products depends on the item. Please call for details.

  • How do I come up with a design?

    Give us the ideal or concept and leave the rest to us.

  • How long does it take to process an order?

    Productions time may vary depending on the item but generally 10 to 15 working days after art approval. Larger orders may take longer.

  • What is a PMS color?

    PMS stands for Pantone Matching System. PMS is a universal color matching system used primarily for printing. Each color is represented by a numbered code.

  • What kinds of promotional products do you offer?

    There are tens of thousands of different types and styles of promotional products. In many cases, it’s even possible to obtain custom items that aren’t found in any catalog. Examples of common items include: pens, calendars, t-shirts, caps, coffee mugs, calculators, key chains, desk accessories and bumper stickers.

    Digital printing is a modern method of production that makes prints from electronic files. It involes your artwork being created on a computer and then printed directly onto the material of your choice.

  • What is the best file format for submitting a document for printing?

    A press quality (PDF) is generally the preferred file format for submitting a document for printing as it works with virtually all professional printing and digital output devices. By design, a PDF file incorporates the information needed to maintain document consistency from system to system. Most other file formats such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Word are easily converted to PDF format.
